TCG Mark tracks finishes per game, and collection items can be stored separately by finish. That lets you keep multiple versions of the same card in the same collection.
How finish tracking works
Collection items are stored by card, collection, and finish. If you own the same card in different finishes, those finish variants are tracked separately.

That view shows the card's collection rows by finish and lets you add or remove copies one at a time.
