Understanding Listing Statuses

What Active, Paused, and Sold statuses mean for your seller inventory on TCG Mark.

Updated today

Your seller inventory uses listing statuses to show whether a card is live, temporarily hidden, or no longer available for sale.

The statuses sellers will see

Status

What it means

Active

The listing is live and available to buyers.

Paused

The listing stays in your inventory, but buyers cannot purchase it.

Sold

All quantity has been purchased. Set automatically.

New sale listings start as Active.

Active

An Active listing is visible in the marketplace and on your public seller profile. Use Active when the card is available, your price and quantity are correct, and you are ready to fulfill orders.

Paused

A Paused listing is kept in your inventory but not offered to buyers. Useful when you are away, want to hold inventory temporarily, or need to review pricing before relisting.

Sold

The inventory uses Sold for listings where all quantity has been purchased. If quantity is added back later, the listing can become active again.

What sellers can change

From the seller inventory, you can toggle between:

  • Active β†’ Paused

  • Paused β†’ Active

The sold state is reached automatically when quantity runs out.

How to filter by status

In the Inventory tab, use the status filters: All, Active, Paused, or Sold. Each filter shows a count of listings in that group.
