If you want to move to a lower paid tier or return to Starter, use the subscription management flow from your TCG Mark account.
Where to manage your downgrade
Sign in to your account
Open Profile
Go to the Subscription tab
Choose Manage Subscription
That opens Stripe's billing portal for subscription management.
When a downgrade takes effect
Downgrades and cancellations are end-of-period changes:
Your current paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period
Your account shows the subscription as Canceling
The Subscription tab shows when access ends
Returning to Starter
If you cancel a paid subscription, your account returns to Starter after the paid period ends. Your paid-tier features are removed and your marketplace fee returns to 5%.
