TCG Mark handles subscription billing through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
Billing cycle basics
For paid subscriptions:
Billing is handled by Stripe
The Subscription tab shows your current plan
The plan card shows either Next billing date or Access ends on
If your subscription is set to cancel at period end, the UI shows Canceling instead of Active.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through the subscription management flow.
Payment failures
If a renewal payment fails, TCG Mark can send a subscription payment failed notification pointing you back to the Subscription area to update billing.
Managing billing
Sign in to your account
Open Profile
Go to the Subscription tab
Choose Manage Subscription
That opens Stripe's billing portal.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades to a higher paid tier use proration
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
