Messaging is temporarily unavailable in the current version of TCG Mark. The /messages page is live in the navigation but currently displays a placeholder while the system is being upgraded.
Current status
There is no active inbox for normal direct messages right now
The public messages page is a placeholder, not a working conversation list
TCG Mark is migrating its messaging experience, so message-related features may return later in a different form
What to use instead
Until messaging returns, use the rest of the platform:
To browse a seller, use their public profile and listings
To save a listing for later, use Saved Items
To track listing changes, use watchlist and notification settings
To resolve a problem with a completed order, use the dispute and support flows
Will group chats or seller chats work?
Not at the moment. TCG Mark still has subscription entitlements related to private chats, but the public messaging experience is not active in the current app.
