TCG Mark's direct messaging system is currently being rebuilt. The /messages page shows a "Messaging Coming Soon" placeholder while the team upgrades the messaging experience.

What you can do right now

  • Visit the seller's public profile to view their listings, rating, and other public information

  • Use the marketplace listing details to review card condition, price, shipping details, and seller information before you buy

  • Use the order and dispute flows for order-related issues after a purchase

If you need help with an order

If your question is about an existing order, use the support flow that matches your issue:

  • Open a dispute if you received the wrong item, the item never arrived, or something is wrong with the order

  • Check your order status and tracking updates from your orders page

  • Contact TCG Mark support through the support options available in the app
