Secure payments through Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on TCG Mark's servers. Payments support 3D Secure authentication for extra fraud protection when required by your bank.
Verified sellers
Every seller must complete identity verification through Stripe before listing cards. Sellers can only create listings once their account status is Complete.
Buyer protection policy
Refunds — Request within 30 days of delivery. Sellers have 72 hours to respond before automatic escalation.
Returns — Request within 14 days of delivery. Sellers have 5 days to respond.
Disputes — Open if you cannot reach a resolution with the seller.
Tracked shipping for valuable orders
Orders over $25.00 require tracked shipping. New sellers must use tracking for orders over $10.00.
