Updating Your Shipping and Billing Addresses

How to add, edit, and verify your shipping and billing addresses on TCG Mark.

Updated today

TCG Mark lets you save a default shipping address and a default billing address from your profile. Keeping these current helps with checkout, order delivery, and seller location data.

Where to update your addresses

Your addresses are managed from the Personal tab on your Profile page.

In that area, you can edit:

  • Shipping Address

  • Billing Address

Each address can include:

  • Full name

  • Address line 1

  • Address line 2

  • City

  • State

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • Phone number

How to update your shipping address

  1. Open your Profile page.

  2. Go to the Personal tab.

  3. Find Shipping Address.

  4. Enter or update your address details.

  5. Save your changes.

If you are a seller, updating your default shipping address also triggers a refresh of the geo data used for your active listings.

How to update your billing address

  1. Open your Profile page.

  2. Go to the Personal tab.

  3. Find Billing Address.

  4. Enter or update your billing details.

  5. Save your changes.

Use the same address for both

If your billing address matches your shipping address, you can use the Billing address same as shipping option instead of entering both separately.

When that option is turned on, TCG Mark saves your shipping address as your billing address too.

Address verification

TCG Mark validates addresses while you edit them. The system can verify U.S. addresses and may return one of these results:

  • Valid if the address is confirmed

  • Corrected if the address is valid but TCG Mark suggests a corrected version

  • Invalid if the address could not be verified

  • Unverified if validation could not be completed

If a correction is suggested, you can accept it before saving.

Do you need both addresses for checkout?

TCG Mark checks whether you have both a default shipping address and a default billing address before allowing checkout.

If one is missing, you may need to add it before you can complete a purchase.
