Adding Tracking Information to an Order

How to add carrier and tracking number when shipping an order on TCG Mark.

Tracking is added from the seller order page while you are shipping the order. You choose a carrier, enter the tracking number, and then mark the order as shipped.

Where to add tracking

  1. Open your Seller Dashboard.

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Open the seller order you want to ship.

  4. Find the Shipping Information section.

Supported carriers

The tracking form supports: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Other. If you choose a supported carrier, TCG Mark validates the tracking number format as you type.

How to add tracking while shipping

  1. Select the shipping carrier.

  2. Enter the tracking number.

  3. Confirm the number is valid.

  4. Click Mark as Shipped.

If the tracking number is invalid

TCG Mark checks the format before you can finish shipping. If the number does not match the selected carrier, the form shows an error. For valid supported carriers, the page can also show an external tracking link.

Shipping without tracking

You can still mark an order as shipped without a tracking number. If the order recommends tracked shipping, TCG Mark shows a warning and asks you to confirm.
