Managing Your Notification Preferences

Control your email and in-app notification settings, including global mute and unsubscribe options.

You can manage both email notifications and in-app notifications from Account Settings > Notifications.

Email notifications

TCG Mark uses a simplified email settings model with three main groups:

Security & Orders

These emails are always on and cannot be turned off. They include things like:

  • Login and security alerts

  • Password-related emails

  • Order confirmations

  • Shipping updates

  • Receipts and other transactional order emails

Notifications

This single toggle controls non-marketing activity emails such as:

  • Listing updates

  • Message-related notifications

  • Offers

  • Watchlist alerts

  • Friend requests

  • Support updates

Marketing & Promotions

This controls promotional content such as:

  • Newsletters

  • Platform news

  • Special offers

  • Marketing campaigns

In-app notifications

You can separately control these in-app categories:

  • Friends & Social

  • Listings & Sales

  • Seller Dashboard

  • Watchlist

  • Reviews

Global mute for in-app notifications

You can use the global mute setting to turn off optional in-app notifications at once.

Mandatory categories such as orders, disputes, subscriptions, and account/security notifications are still treated separately by the platform and continue to be sent when required.

Global unsubscribe for email

You can also unsubscribe from all non-transactional email. If you do that, required security and order emails still remain enabled.
