When your payment succeeds, TCG Mark sends you an order confirmation email for each seller in your order. This guide explains what to expect from your confirmation email and what other email notifications you will receive throughout the order lifecycle.
When confirmation emails are sent
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as your payment is processed successfully. If your checkout includes items from multiple sellers, you will receive one confirmation email per seller, not one email per checkout.
For example, if you purchase cards from two different sellers, you will receive two separate confirmation emails.
What the confirmation email includes
Each order confirmation email contains:
Order number (for example, ORD-ABC123-1)
Seller name
Items purchased with card name, set, condition, quantity, and price for each
Subtotal for the seller's items
Shipping cost
Tax
Total amount
Order date
The email also notes that the seller has 3 business days to ship your order.

Not receiving your confirmation email
If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, try these troubleshooting steps:
Check your spam or junk folder. Email providers sometimes filter transactional emails. Add TCG Mark to your safe sender list to prevent this in the future.
Search your email for "Order Confirmed" or your order number.
Verify your email address on your TCG Mark account is correct. Tap your profile icon and go to Settings to check.
Check your order history in the app. If the order appears in your Orders list with a Succeeded payment status, your purchase went through even if the email was delayed.
Managing email notification preferences
You can manage which email notifications you receive from TCG Mark in your account settings. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar and go to Settings to update your preferences.
