Viewing Your Order History

How to access and navigate your complete purchase history on TCG Mark.

Your order history is a complete record of every purchase you have made on TCG Mark. Use it to review past orders, check order details, or take action on a recent purchase.

How to access your orders

  1. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap Orders.

Your orders are displayed with the most recent purchases at the top.

What you see in the order list

Each row in your order history represents a seller order. If you bought cards from three sellers in one checkout, you will see three separate entries.

Each row shows:

  • Order number (for example, ORD-ABC123-1)

  • Seller name

  • Date the order was placed

  • Total amount for that seller's portion of the order

  • Fulfillment status (such as Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, or Delivered)

Viewing order details

Tap any order to open the order detail page. You will see:

  • An itemized list of every card you purchased, including card name, set, condition, quantity, and price

  • Subtotal, shipping cost, tax, and total

  • Tracking number and carrier (if the order has shipped)

  • Fulfillment and payment status

  • Shipping method and estimated delivery window

  • Seller information

Multi-seller orders

When you place a single checkout with cards from multiple sellers, each seller's portion appears as a separate entry in your order history. Each seller order has its own order number, shipping timeline, and fulfillment status.

For example, a checkout from two sellers generates two seller orders: ORD-ABC123-1 and ORD-ABC123-2.

Actions available from order details

From the order detail page, you can:

  • Message the seller to ask about your order

  • Request a refund if something went wrong

  • Request a return if you need to send an item back

These options are available based on the current status of your order.
