Understanding Your Order Status

Learn what each payment and fulfillment status means on your TCG Mark orders.

Your order status tells you exactly where your purchase stands, from checkout to delivery. Every order on TCG Mark has two types of status: a payment status and a fulfillment status.

Payment status

Your payment status shows what happened with your payment at checkout. You can find it at the top of your order detail page.

Status

What it means

Pending

Your payment has not been submitted yet.

Processing

Your payment is being processed by our payment provider.

Succeeded

Your payment went through successfully.

Failed

Your payment could not be completed. Check your payment method and try again.

Refunded

Your payment was returned to you in full.

Partially Paid

Some sellers in your order were paid successfully, but at least one failed.

Partially Failed

One or more seller payments in your order did not go through.

Fulfillment status

Your fulfillment status tracks the shipping and delivery progress of your items. If your order includes cards from multiple sellers, each seller has their own fulfillment status.

Status

What it means

Pending Payment

Your payment is still being processed. The seller cannot ship yet.

Awaiting Shipment

Payment succeeded and the seller is preparing your order. Sellers have 3 business days to ship.

Shipped

The seller has shipped your package. A tracking number may be available on the order detail page.

Delivered

Your package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Cancelled

This part of your order has been cancelled.

Mixed

Items from this seller are in different stages (for example, some shipped and some already delivered).

Multi-seller orders

When you buy cards from more than one seller in a single checkout, your order is split into separate seller orders. Each seller order has its own fulfillment status, tracking information, and shipping timeline.

For example, if you buy from two sellers, you might see one seller order marked as Shipped while the other is still Awaiting Shipment. Each seller order has its own order number in the format ORD-ABC123-1, ORD-ABC123-2, and so on.

How to check your order status

  1. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap Orders.

  3. Tap the order you want to check.

  4. Your payment status and fulfillment status are displayed at the top of the order detail page.

Status badges are color-coded so you can quickly scan your order list. Green indicates a completed or delivered status, yellow indicates an in-progress status, and red indicates a failed or cancelled status.
