Tracking Your Shipment

How to view tracking information, supported carriers, and what to expect for tracked vs. untracked shipping.

Once a seller ships your order, you can track your package directly from your order detail page. This guide explains how shipment tracking works on TCG Mark and what to expect for different shipping methods.

When tracking becomes available

Tracking information appears after the seller marks your order as shipped. The fulfillment status changes from Awaiting Shipment to Shipped, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

How to view tracking information

  1. Tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Tap Orders.

  3. Tap the order you want to track.

  4. Your tracking number and carrier are displayed on the order detail page.

Supported shipping carriers

TCG Mark supports the following carriers for package tracking:

  • USPS (most common for trading card orders)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

For supported carriers, TCG Mark automatically monitors your tracking number and updates your order status when the package is delivered.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times

Sellers on TCG Mark use standardized USPS shipping methods based on order size:

Estimated delivery times begin from the date the seller ships your order, not the date you placed it.

Tracked vs. untracked shipping

Not all shipments include a tracking number. Whether tracking is required depends on the order value and the seller's history:

  • Orders of $25 or more always require tracked shipping.

  • New sellers (fewer than 10 completed orders) are required to use tracked shipping on orders of $10 or more.

  • Smaller orders shipped in plain white envelopes or bubble mailers may not include tracking.

If your order does not have a tracking number, you can still check the fulfillment status on your order detail page.

Delivery confirmation

When a tracked package is marked as delivered by the carrier, your order status automatically updates to Delivered. You will receive a delivery notification by email and in the app.

Three days after delivery, you will receive a reminder to leave a review for the seller.
