My Order Shows Delivered but I Haven't Received It

What to do if your TCG Mark order is marked as delivered but the package is missing.

Updated today

If your TCG Mark order shows delivered but the package is missing, start with the basic delivery checks first, then use the order's refund flow if the package still does not appear.

Verify your shipping address

Start by confirming the shipping address on your order is correct.

  1. Open Orders.

  2. Open the order in question.

  3. Review the shipping address on the order details.

Check around the delivery location

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before completing the drop-off, or they may leave the package in an unexpected spot. Before taking further action:

  • Check your mailbox, front porch, side door, and any other delivery areas.

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery from your mail carrier.

  • Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package on your behalf.

Allow extra time for delivery updates

Tracking scans can occasionally be premature. A carrier may scan a batch of packages at a regional hub near you before the final delivery run is complete. If the status just changed to Delivered, wait 24 hours to see if the package arrives.

Request a refund if the package is still missing

If the order still has not arrived, TCG Mark's refund flow supports the reason Item did not arrive.

You generally need:

  • A successful payment

  • A delivered item status

  • To be within the 30-day refund window

  • No existing refund request already open for that item

  1. Open the order detail page.

  2. Choose the item you need help with.

  3. Select Request Refund.

  4. Choose Item did not arrive.

  5. Submit your request.

TCG Mark sends the request to the seller, and the current flow gives the seller 72 hours to respond.

If the seller denies the request or does not respond

If the seller denies the refund, the current refund flow allows the request to be escalated into a dispute.

The platform also auto-escalates expired refund requests when the seller does not respond in time.

If the package arrives later

If a package marked as delivered eventually shows up after you have received a refund, do the right thing and contact the seller to arrange a return or reverse the refund.
