Seller orders on TCG Mark move through a small set of fulfillment statuses. These statuses appear in the Seller Dashboard so you can see what action is needed.
Seller order statuses
Status | What it means |
Pending Payment | Payment is not ready yet. You should not ship the order. |
Awaiting Shipment | The order is ready for packing and shipping. |
Shipped | The order has been marked as shipped. |
Delivered | The order has been confirmed as delivered. |
Cancelled | The order is no longer active. |
Mixed | Items inside the same seller order have different fulfillment statuses. |
How statuses usually change
The normal flow is: Pending Payment → Awaiting Shipment → Shipped → Delivered. An order can also move to Cancelled.
Status filters in the Seller Dashboard
The Orders tab includes filters for: All Orders, Processing, Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, and Delivered. The dashboard also uses a New badge for newly surfaced orders until viewed.
