When a new sale email is sent to a seller, TCG Mark calculates a shipping deadline based on 3 business days from the order date. Business days skip weekends.
Where to check your orders
Open your Seller Dashboard.
Go to Orders.
Look for orders that are Awaiting Shipment or marked New.
Why shipping promptly matters
