How to Fulfill an Order

Manage seller order fulfillment from the Orders tab — review details, add tracking, and mark as shipped.

Updated today

When a buyer places an order for one of your listings, you manage fulfillment from the Orders tab in the Seller Dashboard.

Where to fulfill seller orders

  1. Open your Seller Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Orders tab.

  3. Click the order you want to work on.

The seller order detail page includes buyer and shipping details, the items in your part of the order, shipping information, and transaction and payout details.

Check the order status first

The main fulfillment statuses are: Pending Payment, Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, Delivered, and Cancelled. Most seller fulfillment work starts when the order is Awaiting Shipment.

How to mark an order as shipped

  1. Open the order from Seller Dashboard > Orders.

  2. In Shipping Information, choose the carrier.

  3. Enter the tracking number if you have one.

  4. Click Mark as Shipped.

Tracked carriers include: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Other.

Shipping with or without tracking

Tracking is optional in the form but strongly recommended. If tracked shipping is recommended and you try to ship without a tracking number, TCG Mark shows a warning first.

Marking an order as delivered

If an order is in Shipped status, the seller order page can show a Mark as Delivered button. This is useful when the order shipped without tracking or automatic delivery tracking has not updated.

Printing a packing slip

From the seller order flow, you can open the print-friendly packing slip page before shipping for a cleaner order summary.
