Sellers can cancel eligible order items from the seller order page. When a cancellation goes through, TCG Mark creates a seller-initiated refund flow for that item.
When a seller can cancel an order item
Sellers can cancel order items when the item is in Awaiting Shipment or Shipped. You cannot cancel items that are already Delivered or Cancelled, or if a refund/cancellation request already exists for that item.

Item Damaged
Buyer Request
Suspected Fraud

How to cancel an item
Open Seller Dashboard > Orders.
Open the order.
Find the Cancel Order section for the item.
Choose the cancellation reason.
Add notes if needed.
Continue through the confirmation step.
Confirm Cancel Order & Refund.
What happens after seller cancellation
A seller-initiated refund request is created
The refund is processed
The item moves to Cancelled
The buyer is notified
Important limitation
If a listing was already sold out, sellers may need to relist inventory manually after cancellation. TCG Mark does not automatically restore sold-out listings.
