Resolving order issues
If you have a problem with an order, use the in-app resolution system first:
Go to your Orders page and open the order.
Submit a refund or return request.
Wait for the seller to respond (72 hours for refunds, 5 days for returns).
Open a dispute if the seller denies your request.
Wait for platform review if the dispute moves to Under Review.
