The Help Center is the fastest way to find answers. You can browse articles, search for topics, submit feedback, and request support.

  2. Browse or search for articles.

  3. If you cannot find an answer, submit a support request.

Contacting support by email

Resolving order issues

If you have a problem with an order, use the in-app resolution system first:

  1. Go to your Orders page and open the order.

  2. Submit a refund or return request.

  3. Wait for the seller to respond (72 hours for refunds, 5 days for returns).

  4. Open a dispute if the seller denies your request.

  5. Wait for platform review if the dispute moves to Under Review.
